Estado & comunes is a specialized semi-annual journal published in Spanish language. Estado & comunes is published by the Institute of Advanced National Studies IAEN. Estado & comunes aims to reflect, disseminate and generate knowledge regarding the social reality derived from public policies, the administration of the State and the Government, supported by a scientific, plural, specialized and international perspective. S&C reaches at professors, researchers and students yearning to make analytical and academic contributions. Is published in January and July, its topic coverage is the following:
