Those authors whose articles have been approved for publication declare that they have read and accept the following terms:
* He is the owner and sole author of the economic rights of the published article. Therefore, he declares that he can dispose of the article without any type of limitation, restriction or lien, which includes the graphic and photographic part, drawings, tables and diagrams and any other element that conforms the article. Likewise, he declares that he has not violated the intellectual property rights of third parties.
* It is their legitimate interest and will assign in favor of the Instituto de Altos Estudios Nacionales (IAEN) the editing rights of the article for the effect that this last one could edit, diagram, print, reproduce, publish and disseminate through Estado & comunes, revista de políticas y problemas públicos and any other print or digital media.
* As the holder of the moral and economic rights, the author also authorizes the Rector of Instituto de Altos Estudios Nacionales (IAEN) or his delegate, to assign free of charge the rights of transformation, reproduction and public communication of the article published in the journal with the purpose of: 1) adapting, as necessary, the publications to the format, image or appearance on the Internet; 2) reproduce the publications in a digital medium for their incorporation into databases and electronic repositories, which includes the right to store them on their servers and the right to make any temporary reproduction that allows readers to view the article, reproduce it and save it in digital support for their private use or academic purposes; 3) facilitate free of charge access to articles.
* Regarding the article, the author does not have any current signed contract for edition, publication, reproduction or transfer of economic rights with a third party.
* The author keeps his copyright (moral) and guarantees the journal the right of first publication of his work, which will be simultaneously subjected to the Creative Commons License that allows to copy and redistribute the material in any medium and format, as well as, remix, reuse and transform aforementioned material, as long as its authorship and its first publication of Estado & comunes are indicated.
* The authors may adopt other non-exclusive license agreements for the distribution of the published version or one part of it (e.g.: deposit it in an institutional telematics archive, publish it in a monographic volume or for an oral dissertation) only if the initial publication is indicated in Estado & comunes (authorship, number, volume, date and link). Therefore, authors are allowed and recommended to disseminate their final work through the Internet, which can generate knowledge exchanges and increase the citations of the published work.
